If electing to pay by invoice the user agrees to pay each invoice within 14 days of the date of invoice. Quinary Recruitment & Training Limited reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 4% above the base rate of HSBC Bank in force from time to time from 14 days after the date of invoice.
